Everyone at St Brendan’s would like to wish the Lancashire Senior County Team the best of luck in their All-Ireland Junior Semi-Final v Kerry which is to be played this Saturday at Old Bedian’s, Manchester. A special good luck to the four Brendan’s boys who played in the All-Britain final and hope to keep their starting spots; John Gibney at full-back, Alan Boyle at corner back, Stephen Molumphy at centre-half back, and Nathan Plant at wing-half forward. The Seniors have four games in a hectic two-week Championship schedule. The Lancashire County’s success has dictated the championship fixtures so all clubs involved, unavoidably, have a backlog of fixtures to clear. Brendan’s fixtures are as follows:
